Rachel Oesterreich – Starke County Highway Department

Rachel has served in numerous different roles within county-level public positions throughout her career, including with the Starke County Courts and later the Auditor’s office before moving on to join the Starke County Highway Department. There, she was able to earn an array of significant INDOT certifications while simultaneously working full time, achieving her bachelor’s degree, and maintaining a nearly perfect GPA.

Rachel’s efforts prove that women are capable of handling any professional challenge that comes our way.
